Welcome to irCurt’s: A Digital Home for Connection and Change

Welcome to irCurt’s—a site that’s always been mine in name and purpose. The name itself, “I Are Curt’s,” is a little play on words, but it’s also a reflection of what this space is about: my voice, my ideas, and my work.

I originally grabbed this domain years ago simply because I wanted a place that I could truly call my own. Over the years, the purpose has stayed the same—to have a platform where I can be heard, share my perspective, and, let’s be real, try to make a living. Whether it’s selling products, offering services, or starting conversations that matter, this site is my way of putting myself out there in the world.

This version of irCurt’s feels different. For starters, I have a new tool in my corner: ChatGPT. It helps me organize my thoughts, refine my ideas, and keep things moving forward when I feel stuck. It’s like having an assistant who knows my quirks and gets my goals.

More importantly, I feel ready to try again. Self-esteem has been a big hurdle for me in the past, but this time, I’m determined to push through. The world feels more divided than ever, and here in the U.S., it’s hard not to feel the weight of that divide. The future feels uncertain, and that uncertainty drives me to speak up while I can, to share ideas that might bridge gaps or spark thought.

On a practical level, I also need this site to be part of my livelihood. Winter means working indoors, and for me, that means working at my PC. This site is not just a creative outlet—it’s a way to generate income through products and services that reflect who I am.

If you’re here for a post, I’m offering food for thought—questions that matter and an attempt to redefine problems in human terms, not political ones. If you’re here to check out products or services, hit those menu links above this post. And hey, if you like what you see, buy a shirt or hire me—every bit of support helps keep this whole thing going.

What sets this site apart is that I don’t claim to have the answers. Often, I barely even know the full question or problem. What I do know is that there is a problem—a deep, persistent one that stretches back generations, even beyond the founding of the U.S., maybe as far back as the first humans. My goal isn’t just to talk about these issues but to understand them in a way that’s practical and actionable. That’s why I use the phrase “redefine our problems.” We need to strip away the noise and look at what’s really at stake—not just politically, but as people.

Read some stuff, have some thoughts, share your ideas, or even tell me I suck. But before you go, please—buy a shirt or something. It helps keep the lights on and this site running. Thanks for stopping by!
